VISION

The realization of a generation that is very dynamic and cares about the scope of life in education, religion, economy, social, culture and a better and sustainable system of government for the creation of a harmonious life in the long-term manifestation.

MISSION

Interactive - Actively encourages and fosters generations and groups of generations to improve capacity and establish independence in terms of educated, economic life, sustainable use of natural resources by balancing sufficient levels of knowledge and protecting existing traditional values ​​so that in the end will be accumulated into a harmonious life order and as a place of control of the state apparatus and the government as public policy makers to be more consistent in implementing the provisions outlined in the short-term embodiment.

Organization Purpose and Objectives:

1. Being a place and means for young people to channel bright ideas as many youths as possible,

2. Being a forum for the development of various economic efforts of young people managed professionally and mutually beneficial for the advancement of POPIDE Foundations,

3. Serve the public interest in the empowerment of farmers and water-using farmers (Water User Farmers Association) as planning resources, development in the field of irrigation, in order to increase professionalism in terms of operations and maintenance of irrigation networks,
